About the setting

Little Scamps Childminding offers a caring home from home environment, whilst following the curriculum of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Our home is a large semi-detached house in Bradpole in Bridport, Dorset and your child will have full access to the living room, and large self-contained garden, with access to the kitchen when helping with cooking and baking.

Child-led and free play is encouraged, and we will have themes and activities throughout the year which the children will be encouraged to participate in but it is not essential.

Use of the great outdoors is encouraged and I aim to get out and about daily and in all weathers.

Opening hours

I offer flexible opening hours but primarily my setting is open from Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm.
If you require care outside of these hours please discuss it with me as ad-hoc care is offered subject to availability.

Fees

I charge an hourly rate of £4.50. Fees are to be paid either weekly or monthly and in advance. Playgroup and nursery sessions will be charged in addition to your fees, should you choose to have your child attend these.

If you would like to hold a space open for your child a retainer fee of 50% will be charged. For more information please refer to my Fees Policy.

Things to provide

Parents/carers are required to provide all meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner), snacks and drinks, formula/ breast milk, baby food, nappies, wipes, creams.

Parents/carers are required to provide suitable clothing, including; wellies and waterproofs during the winter months, sunhats and sun cream during the summer. All children should bring a change of clothes in case of accidents/ getting wet during play.
